Loosens up tight muscles and reduces stiffness and chronic muscle tension Decreases swelling and reduces pain
Always use for 48-72 hours after injury. Do not apply directly to skin. Use 10min on 20 min off. Use ICE following injury. If movement causes pain, use ice
Never use on area of swelling. If in doubt use ice. Do not apply directly onto skin. Use 10min on and 20min off.
